From the beginning, the philosophy of the
law firm has been to provide competent and thorough legal services; and
at the same time maintain a close, personal relationship between the
lawyer
and the client. This has been accomplished by the lawyers in the firm
concentrating
in particular areas of the law, thus providing the client with a lawyer
with increased experience in the area of legal service required by the
client. At the same time, the firm is small enough in number to create
and maintain a personal service relationship between the lawyer and the
client. It is the firm's belief that the client desires a high degree
of
knowledge and expertise on the part of the lawyer so that the client
can
obtain personal advice and counseling for a variety of legal matters.
The law firm and its traditional approach
is
to provide expert legal services to their clients; and at the same time
to develop the highest and greatest degree of prompt, personal service.
The firm always enters into an understood fee arrangement with the
client
prior to the client incurring any obligation; and attempts, so far as
possible,
to estimate the total fee obligation for the client based on the nature
and complexity of the legal services undertaken.
